Trying to regain back some sanity

I have been drowning in The Sims shamelessly. I played it ALL DAY LONG. Till the wee hours. To think I havent even build houses! I just woohoo! The Sims and make them have baby all day. Then decor baby room and decor kids room.

I am a cancerian ma. Understandable why I am more keen in creating families than to do up the career ladder for my Sims.

So, I decided to try to blog, then work on report, email some people and then sleep. And its certainly not because XMY is a tad annoyed. You're not right? RIGHT? You won't confiscate right??

I worked(yay!) for Michelle's(no, not Kyenne the Mich) father on Saturday before going over to the island for Jazz by the Beach.

From 3.30pm to 6.30pm, I am to sell rugby souvenirs! Like Canterbury Polo T, supporter T, rugby ball and such.
Apparantely, Saint Andrew's and Raffles alumni gather once yearly and have this inter-school alumni rugby competition. One year St's will host, then the next Raffles will host.

I am rooting for St Andrews. Michael(Mich's father) play for them ma. He pays me, so made sense to SUPPORT SUPPORT.

I had the pleasure of Erderlina, one of Michael's employeee for company. See! Our made-shift stall.


Heh heh. Rugby is a bloody rough sport. Not more than half an hour, one man trooped out of the field with injury.

And not your gu niang scrap on the knee type ok! But those BLEED TOO MUCH CAN DIE. Bleed till the shirt all stain. Its really bleeding! I don't know how to illustrate la but it seems like he got cut just at the veiny areas and blood were spilling all over.

I was completely dumb founded by the injurt and so, I only managed to take this picture. See the guy lying down there? HIM! HIM!


I heard there was a doctor on standy and gave him stiches.

Its my first time watching a rugby match live. Oh boy, they REALLY really pile on top of another. You can run with the ball, you can throw/kick and push someone.
I really dont think there are rules to rugby.
Heh heh.


Erderline had I had a few snippets of short convo too.

She said, 'imagine one day you will be accompanying your husband here and watched him play rugby.'

I am not being sterotyping or what, but if I have my weekends off and able to company my husband for his matches, that shows a lot on my affluent level.

The shirts I am selling, cheapest- S$20 or S$120 and for the ball was S$45. I hit a thousand sales that day. Shows you how much people from both schools earn.

Oh wells, I believe in life, things are fixed. How much you earn, how comfortable you will be and such are already pre-planned by God.
Sure you could try to make a difference and such, but I do believe that comes with a price.

Life's like that la.

So I think I shall resign to my fate of a bummer.
